Welcome to this beautiful country house where you can enjoy the Mallorcan summer. The pool stands out outside. It measures 5 x 3 meters, has a depth that ranges from 1.20 to 1.70 meters and is fenced for children safety. You can also sunbathe on the sun loungers or enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The one-storey house offers a rustic and comfy style. The main room welcomes the living room, dining room and kitchen (separated by a bar) and is equipped with satellite TV, dining table and gas cooktop and oven. To rest we find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom in the house has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a town with all the basic services for an independent stay. Here, you can discover some of the customs and traditions of the island. The closest beach is Can Picafort, 12 km away. We also recommend other beaches in the area such as Playas de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia. For a different experience, you can go to the Pollensa golf course and enjoy this exciting sport.
