The banister/balustrade height in this property is 60cm and the gaps between the spindles are 11cm. No children except babies in arms. There are drops in the garden. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost.
On 23rd, 24th and 25th April 2019, during the hours of 10am and 5pm, work is taking place to fix the pergola. The use of power tools is to be expected.
