When the sea and the beach are only a few steps away, the garden pool becomes almost an accessory, even if it beckons you over with its turquoise blue sunbeds. By the way, you can easily grab them under your arm and switch to the "limitless" competition. "Here you can really let your hair down" - this is what the pastel-coloured villa with circular tower and look-out seems to want to say. It also has a swinging chair, a hammock under the canopy roof, a rustic pallet lounge with awning, and a double view over the water. If you'd rather prefer sitting down properly (especially with meals), you will find many sun and shade spots on the large terrace, or slip into the green gazebo to supervise food preparation on the grill. Oh yes, the sea view balcony on the first floor, of course, must not be forgotten here...

An uncomplicated holiday house which, with such an attractive location, simply draws its guests outdoors into the open air. The furnishings are mainly uncomplicated and functional, thus ideal if you travel with children or want to move completely freely. Nothing stands in the way of a cosy evening in front of the TV at the fireplace - there is space for all on the sofa. And "butter on the fish": despite the tempting proximity to the Bar Playa directly by the sea, the tiled high-gloss kitchen is much too beautiful to always sit unused; on the weekly markets of Son Servera or Artà, there is a tempting range of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish and meat for everyone who loves cooking. The 4 bedrooms, double and single beds, and the modern equipped bathrooms are distributed on both floors, only the guest toilet marches to a different drum; the guests upstairs can enjoy the shower tub and access to the balcony terrace overlooking the sea. And of course the whole ocean is available to you as an en-suite bathroom - who can resist?

In no time you're on the not very busy but still audible Ma-4032 towards Artà and Manacor, and to bathing places and promenades located between the beaches of Cala Ratjada and Kap Punta Rasa, with the coastal towns of Canyamel, Sa Coma and S'Illot following hard on their heels. Great versatility within a few kilometres! Take a boat trip, follow the goat track on Cala Millor's 220-metre high local mountain of Na Penyal or go on a family safari at Reserva Africa. In the much-praised restaurant Port Verd de Mar, only ¼ hour walk from "Es Raconet", the view and top-class Mediterranean cuisine are perfect for rounding off your day; however, the beach bar Playa just around the corner has also impressed many guests with its service and sunsets!
