Podere Le Rote is a wonderful farmhouse immerse in the idyllic and hilly Tuscan countryside. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and romantic vacation at a short distance from the sea and from the main places of cultural interest in the region

Wonderful farmhouse recently renovated with more than 1 million square meters of park, woods and fields inhabited by local fauna and equipped with an orchard, a vineyard and a natural spring. Everything is immersed in the magnificent and hilly Tuscan panorama, all of this for an exclusive and private use of the hosts.
The Le Rote farmhouse conjugates the comfort of modernity with the appeal of tradition: the habitation of 250 m² is sided by an open sky swimming pool of 112 m² and it is provided with Wi-fi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, 32" flat-screen Tv with satellite connection and on demand cinema. On the other hand the park will dispense fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh eggs from our chickens and the firewood from our vast wood that can be used to enjoy the big stonework barbeque, the firewood oven or to warm you in front of the huge internal fireplace.
Situated at a few kilometers from seaside locations like Follonica, Cecina and Punta Ala it is at the same time near to the main cultural points of the region like Siena, Firenze, Pisa, San Giminiano and Volterra.
The habitation is equipped with 3 double rooms and a room with up to 4 single beds, everything customizable on request. A big hall decorated with chestnut tree beams and in view stone walls, a kitchen provided with every appliance and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath tub.
The park is filled with paths suitable for trekking and to mountain bike while the swimming pool, facing the valley, has a depth from 1 to 3 m.
It is advisable to rent a car for moving into the countryside and for reaching the farmhouse, but a transport service from the airport or the train station of Florence is still available.

Guests can count on the total privacy of the accommodation, the swimming pool and the surrounding park. There are 120 hectares available for guests who rent the house.

At the guests' disposal there will be the owner of the farm, which will remain available for the duration of the stay. The owner can also make expenses at your request, such as bringing fresh bread in the morning or anything the guest needs.

The farmhouse is immersed in total peace. You will only hear the sound of the wind in the trees and the singing of birds. The view that surrounds the farmhouse is one of the most beautiful in the world and you can enjoy it while you are in the pool or from your bedroom window.
A wonderful experience during your stay will be to observe the starry sky!

You need a car both to get to the farm and to move around to visit the cities of art, if you don't feel like driving, let us know at the time of booking and we will provide you with a van with driver. You can make beautiful walks on foot in the woods and even by bike in the surroundings. You can also find routes for mountain bike and motocross enthusiasts.

If you love open spaces and freedom of movement, this place is perfect for you. There are several streets to walk through the woods and enjoy the unspoiled nature. On request we can organize for you:

During your stay you can collect the products from our garden and consume the freshest eggs from the farm's chickens, participating in the real rural life of Tuscany. To get to our farm you have to go through a perfectly passable dirt road and you will be surrounded by pastures, fields, vineyards and woodsa place for total relax.
