Villa Finagliosu is a stunning, newly renovated house boasting spectacular views of the sea and coastline. Immersed in the beautiful countryside with local access via a track road, the villa is conveniently just a 20 minute drive away from the quaint traditional fishing village of Stintino with the white sands of the famous La Pelosa beach nearby. Stintino provides a lovely, local atmosphere, here you will find two small harbours dotted with wonderful fish restaurants where the catch of the day will be served amongst other Sardinian delights. Inside, the Villa is spacious, modern and well equipped, including an office and library, whilst outside, the inviting swimming pool is set within a large sun terrace and lawn area accompanied by dining facilities, barbecue and authentic pizza oven to make the most of dining alfresco. A benefit for families, there's also the choice to have a pool fence. One of the Finagliosu’s unique features is it's 360° roof terrace which provides the perfect spot from which to admire the wonderful coastline, sunset over the sea and the surrounding countryside. Some of the most magnificent beaches of northern Sardinia can be reached within a short drive, and close by you can find an Agritourism venue should you want to taste some local wines and produce cooked in a Sardinian style. The medieval walled town of Alghero can also be reached in a 30 minute drive which is worth a day out to explore.
