Villa Cistanca is a spacious and charming holiday home located within a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Vilamoura. This lovely, ideally positioned three-bedroom villa sleeps up to seven guests, and is the perfect choice for a group of friends, a family or multiple couples wanting to spend some time together in the gorgeous Algarve. This stunning house has a homely and comfortable finish, providing the perfect getaway spot for guests.

The interior is decorated with a traditional Portuguese style, and the kitchen, living and dining areas are all set in a convenient open-plan space, allowing guests to socialise together. The spacious kitchen features a breakfast table, as well as plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances. The spacious lounge also provides plenty of comfortable seating for guests to relax together and watch a movie. On the ground floor, there is also an en-suite double bedroom with air-con and a view of the pool.

Upstairs lies the master en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a serene decor, this bedroom has plenty of natural light and its own private terrace. There is a third en-suite bedroom upstairs with twin beds and its own balcony. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all been finished to a high standard, creating a private haven for guests to relax and get a good nights' sleep.

Outside, a sparkling blue pool sits centre-stage among the large and perfectly manicured lawn. Guests will find plenty of sun lounges to relax on, and the large garden area is perfect for outdoor play. There is also a lovely shaded outdoor dining area and where guests can prepare and enjoy al fresco delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner, prepared on the barbecue. Guests can then relax on one of the outdoor sofas with a drink as the sun goes down. There is also private parking for two cars if guests wish to hire a car. Praia da Falesia beach is located just 5km away, and the shops, bars and restaurants of Vilamoura are located very close by. With its impressive facilities, stunning views and peaceful surroundings, Villa Cistanca has everything guests need to relax in absolute tranquillity.

This fantastic villa sits in a peaceful and private residential neighbourhood, on the outskirts of Vilamoura, just a five-minute walk from the Aquashow water park! The nearest bus stop is 300m from the villa and 2.5km from the nearest shops.

A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic or luxurious vacation, for water sports fans and golfers or for nature lovers and seasoned travellers, there is something for everyone. Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia - two alluringly sandy beaches, can also be found a short distance away from the villa.

Vilamoura has a fabulous reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from (Oceanico Old Course, Oceanico Laguna Course, Oceanico Millenium Course, Oceanico Pinhal Course, and Pestana Vila Sol Golf Course). Vilamoura also has over ?fty tennis courts for you to choose from, as well as numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town; guests can enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.

Guests will be truly spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a restaurant; the Algarve is known for its wonderful food and diverse cuisine, and there are countless restaurants in and around Vilamoura, for all price ranges. Be sure to visit Marufo 1 (famously known as the chicken shack), the number one spot for authentic Portuguese Piri Piri chicken! Vale De Lobo, an equally sought-after location, is also very close to Vilamoura and offers fantastic shopping, dining and activities.

The Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila are worth a visit, with the remains of two residences and baths, the atrium, dams, fishing stations and necropolis. There are several beaches nearby offering a selection of powdery sand beaches attracting travellers, swimmers, boating and fishing aficionados and waters sports enthusiasts. Guests can go on fishing adventures, underwater diving escapades, sunset cruises and quad bikes tours.
