Description

Oh, how beautiful Mallorca is in the midst of the hilly and coastal landscapes in the east of the island. Only 10 minutes by car from the coast, the upper floor of the farmhouse "Son Cullera Petit" offers a magnificent view over the romantic village of Son Servera to the nearby sea. Children of all ages can romp around in the large garden, while you relax in the numerous seating and lounging areas around the house or cool off in the pool. The steps in the pool are a great place to relax. In a cosy seating area behind the domicile, you can end the day on warm summer evenings with a good glass of wine. In addition, there is a beautiful dining area on the terrace with a large wooden set, where you can enjoy culinary delights in the open air. With the existing hot table grill, you can conjure up a tasty BBQ in no time at all. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a bicycle rack with a multi-tool set. So there is nothing to stop you from exploring the numerous mountain bike and racing bike routes nearby. The property is protected from view, so that you can enjoy an unforgettable farmhouse holiday in perfect privacy.

"Son Cullera Petit" is a completely renovated house with a compact room layout and modern furnishings. The layout is largely open, the furnishings of high quality. Partly unplastered, partly bright white-painted quarry stone walls and wooden beams combine with the minimalist furnishings to create a refreshingly airy and at the same time cosy effect. This is also true of the living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable leather sofa. Right next to it is a large cooking island that leaves nothing to be desired and where communal self-catering on holiday is pure fun. Half a level below, the dining area with a chic table is positioned between the kitchen and a large window front. For a good night's sleep, there are two superb double bedrooms. Both are equipped with trendy, open-plan and walk-in bathroom areas. Overall, the stylishly furnished farmhouse is a successful holiday home where you can easily spend a relaxing time.

Guests of the farmhouse can enjoy a wonderfully rural location on the edge of the small town of Son Servera. At the same time, you can reach the east coast of the island in less than ten minutes via the small country road Ma-4030, which is only audible when the wind blows in the right direction. Here one beautiful sandy beach follows the next. There are some good restaurants and bars on the Costa de los Pinos, where you should definitely make a stop during your excursions. A special highlight in Son Servera is the Iglésia Nova, a church designed by a student of Gaudí. A large part of the outer walls including the windows and rosettes were built. The roof, however, was not completed, which gives this place its very special charm today. Other highlights of the region include the promenades of Cala Bona and Cala Millor or the gigantic stalactite caves of Artà.
