Independent house in San Gregorio, a small village in the province of Cagliari, only 17 km from the crystal blue water sea of Sardinia. The stone villa was built in 1930 by some rich people of Cagliari as holiday home and it isi set at the bottom of the Nature area Sette Fratelli (1016 m asl with Punta Ceraxa). The equipped garden with BBQ is ideal for alfresco dining or for spending relaxing moments. The kitchen has got a particular "boat" shape. Fireplace with Carrara Marble elements. The position of the house allows reaching an amusement park (7 km) and the forest where you could meet some local animals like the Sardinian deer and the mouflon. We recommend you to taste the typical dishes of Sardinia like fish, malloreddus with meat sauce, the roast porceddu and the sweet cheese pardula. Airport in Cagliari (30 km).
