Entering the villa the bright living space opens up in front of you and invites you to take a seat on the big bright couches and cuddle up for a relaxed night on the sofa and enjoy the big flat screen TV. Tucco studded ceilings equipped with indirect lighting make for a very mellow atmosphere throughout the living space that connects seemlessly through a Half-moon shaped wall opening with the dining room. The white built-in kitchen is separated from the living and dining area by a round passage. It offers everything you may need: a stove, a big oven, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, microwave, and much more. The ground floor has two of the five bedrooms, sharing one of the four comfort bathrooms in the house. In addition to that, the ground floor is equipped with a small guest toilet. Stepping onto the spiral staircase in the entrance area leads you to the upper floor of this sophisticated villa and to the three other bedrooms. All rooms have a double bed and are air-conditioned. The upstairs bedrooms are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms of very high standard with modern tiles and fine ceramic basins. Every bedroom upstairs has a private terrace or balcony. The generously cut family room provides enough space for all members to spend time together and caters to all needs. The parents have ample space with a large bathroom and a dressing room - the two additional single beds, which can be used for kids and are not considered in the number of guests in the description and are additional. on top of that, two baby beds are available in this house, so everyone can get a good night rest.

The villa is located within an urbanisation just outside of Palma de Mallorca. With only a few kilometres to the city, it is a must-visit due while your stay here. Due to the location within an urbanisation, occasionally there may be traffic noises, but the villa itself is in a dead end, without transit traffic. Although privately located, there are neighbours in direct vicinity, so we kindly ask you to be respectful so that everyone can get to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The location of this villa allows you to make take great trips in the surroundings, to the beaches and the mountains of Tramuntana, with visits to the charming villages of Valldemossa or Déià.
