But before you head off to see it, there are some other things you should take a look at on the property first. It's worth your while! The entrance leads directly into the spacious dining room, with space enough even for a larger group to hold a feast. This leads straight on into the living room, where a TV and a fireplace will vie for your attention while you make yourself comfortable on the sofa to hatch your plans for the day. Reminiscent of a rustic vaulted cellar, the stone arches are a particularly attractive feature. The owners have refrained from cluttering the house with furniture. Instead, the overall impression is more of simple, rather rustic furnishings. The kitchen offers all your home comforts; there is even a tumble dryer available to ensure you always have something fresh to wear. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a further living room with large wooden cupboards. The other three bedrooms are here, as well as two bathrooms, of which one has a bathtub ready and waiting. From here you can also step onto the aforementioned roof terrace with its panoramic views across the hilly countryside.

The surrounding diverse area entices you to explore. Portocolom, just 8.5 km away, is a pretty coastal village full of character. The tranquil old town and the harbour are ideal for a leisurely stroll in an ambience that has remained untouched by mass tourism. A journey of just less than 9 km will bring you to Cala D'Or, a bay with an enticing and vibrant urban life. There are bars and restaurants for every taste, a marina and several small beaches inviting you to linger. The sandy bays of Cala Marcal and Cala Sa Nau are also definitely worth more than a quick trip! The Cala Mondragó (about 13 km away) is part of the Mondragó nature park, whose heavenly coves Ses Fonts de N’Alis and S’Amarador are connected by a short, rocky footpath. Nature lovers will love the villa not only for its heavenly tranquillity; they will also feel right at home observing the colourful flora and fauna of the nature park. And for anyone liking sport: you have come to the right place at the Vall D'Or golf course, just 4.5 km from the villa with a superb restaurant.
