Pillars is a spacious detached house in a quiet cul de sac in the Devon hamlet of Heanton Punchardon near the sand and surf beach at Saunton. The house sleeps six people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and two twin, plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with gas fire and doors to a patio, a dining room, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a good sized garden at the back with patios including an enclosed patio with bridge over an unfenced pond. With beaches and Exmoor within easy reach, Pillars is an excellent base for a family break in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Sky DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and bath towels inc. in rent, Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for three cars. There are 4 separate patio areas and the garden is not overlooked in any of them. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, second dog charge of £30pw. Sorry no smoking.
