The separate laundry room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you wish to self-cater, and patio doors lead on to the pool terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and the charcoal BBQ.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One has twin single beds and en-suite shower room and the other has double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over). These bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening on to the swimming pool area.

Open stairs lead to the first floor where the views are quite spectacular! There are 2 bedrooms; one has twin single beds and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over), fitted wardrobes and a private balcony. The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower. This bedroom also boasts an extensive private balcony and glorious views.

The villa has air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms. It features Wi-fi, a safe and a security alarm system. There is off road parking available for 2 cars.

Externally there are sun loungers around the private swimming pool which measures approximately 8 mts x 3 mts with a depth from 0.90 mts to 2.10 mts. Steps lead down to a small garden area with artificial grass and the whole grounds are walled and gated.

The villa is situated in a residential area with a scattering of great local restaurants within walking distance and the stunning local Evaristo beach also has a fantastic restaurant. Albufeira Old Town is just a few minutes’ drive away and there are a couple of great supermarkets close by too.
