Art lovers and garden enthusiasts will enjoy the numerous art galleries including the Tate St Ives and the sub tropical gardens including Trebah, Treliske and Durgan. The perfect base for visiting the many different areas of west and south Cornwall, from the rugged surf coastline of the north coast to the tranquil sailing waters of the south coast. Or simply relax on the property’s roof terrace with its glass balcony overlooking the sea and beach below. The area is perfect for beach lovers as the Lizard Peninsula boasts numerous sandy coves, quaint picturesque harbours and fishing villages to explore. There are two steps to the entrance of this property. As this is a 400 year old listed building it has unique features. This property may not be suitable for the infirm or elderly as there are several steps throughout the property and the staircase is very steep with unusual steps leading to the bedrooms therefore extra care must be taken when ascending and descending the stairs. The spindles on the landing are also more than 10cms therefore extra care must be taken with young children. There is a path in the rear garden leading directly to the beach. Up to one dog only. Bedroom 2 is more suitable for two children or 1 adult. Maximum of 5 guests per booking, plus baby, please supply your own cot.
