This great house excels thanks to the simple exterior area but cosy and very well cared at the same time, where the real protagonist is, without a doubt, the beautiful chlorine pool surrounded by a gravel terrace with 4 sun loungers on it and a furnished area where you can bask in the sun with a coffee, a fresh OJ or a glass of wine. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and it has a water depth ranging between 1 and 1.75 metres. You will find an exterior shower, a table with chairs and a barbecue available.Inside the house, you will discover a great living room -with AC and a wood stove, a comfortable sofa and TV-Sat-, which is open to the dining area and kitchen, where you will cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob or the oven. The laundry room is independent and is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with AC and a wardrobe each, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. We will provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, a shower bathroom completes the accommodation. And an electric radiator is available on request.Cala Llombards is a quiet and family residential area amidst privileged natural surroundings, with a stunning sandy cove of turquoise water, located just 1.1 km away from the house, as well as the wonderful but even smaller cove of Caló des Moro, located just 1.6 km away from the house, don't leave without paying it a visit! The Natural Park of Mondragó is also very near and it is perfect to disconnect whilst enjoying nature or making an excursion.
