Ideal for the stay of a family or group of 8 persons, the villa has sun-loungers to soak under the sun and a private swimming pool for a refreshing plunge. This villa is quietly located near the horse ranch and is 1 km from the town center of Medulin. The restaurants serving local dishes and supermarkets for groceries are at 1 km from the villa. For spending some time by the sea waters, walking on the sand, and soaking under the sun, the seabeach is 2 km. In the living room, you have air-conditioning to keep you comfortable. The fenced garden and outside shower are at your disposal. You can play ball games with children or lie down looking at the sky. On the roofed terrace, you can enjoy home-cooked meals and host barbecue nights. For children, a children's bed and a lawn are present. Parking is available.
