All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more.

An inviting patio with tipical mallorcan stone walls leads over a small staircase into the entrance hall. On this floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a tastefully furnished living room with dining area. The fantastic balcony offers an impressive view and invites you to relax and enjoy. A few steps downstairs you can Access to the additonal living room with home cinema equipment and a swimming pool with barbeque area. A private parking will keep your car safe.

Villa Mora has 3 bedrooms, all cozy, comfortable and well furnished. The master bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed with a full bath en suite and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin bedroom are located on the third floor with the same equipment. A nice bathroom offers enough space and comfort for both bedrooms. Air conditioning are in all bedrooms and in the lounge. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

The Villa is located in the village of Buger, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill, with Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in the background as excelent view and the folklore of the town. The Villa of Buger has some small traditional cafes and bars, and typicals Majorcan restaurants with local food.

There is a supermarket 5 min walk from the Villa.

In a fabulous location, 18 min drive from other villages like Pollença Old Town or Puerto Alcudia beach, the use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of the Villa!

Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystalline water.
