Description

Villa Cavinha is a detached, homely villa situated in Vale do Lobo sleeping up to six people. This villa is close to the beach, sea and centre and is a fantastic villa for those who would like to be near to the beach.

Villa Cavinha offers great outdoor space, with a beautiful lawn and a large swimming pool in the centre of the outdoor space; the villa is very quaint and almost has a cottage feel to it. There are some beautiful palm trees for your guests to admire, and the villa provides sun loungers and a sunshade for around the pool. What's more, there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining facilities that would be perfect for relaxing out of the sunshine or enjoying a spot of alfresco dining. Moreover, within the outdoor space is a pool table, table tennis and a brick barbecue to be used atyour leisure.

The villa is decorated well and comfortably with tiled floors throughout. The living area has a satellite TV, stereo and internet access is free of charge. It is furnished well with sofas and has a gorgeous fireplace. You can access the terrace from the living area, which means you can relax in this area warm breeze and sunshine entering through the doors. The dining area is in the living area, making this space fantastic for socialising. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a toaster and a coffee machine, meaning that you have everything you need to have a glorious evening in cooking some fantastic food with your entire group.

Villa Cavinha is home to three bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a queen-sized be and an en-suite bathroom, along with an additional shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor, and contain two single beds and share a family shower room.

#### Location
This villa is located in a suburban area in Vale do Lobo. There is a choice of two stunning 18-hole golf courses within the resort, including the Ocean Course, which is on a clifftop built by the beach making this a key feature to visit. On top of this, the sandy beach is less than 3 km away from the villa and offer stunning views and a fantastic day out for all of your guests. Also in the coastal area of Vale do Lobo are the famous beaches of Ancao, Quinta do Lago, Garrao and Vale do Lobo.

The marina of Vilamoura is approximately 10 km away from the villa and offers many different views to admire and sea activities to take part in. Moreover, there is a waterpark within 10 km of the villa, so it would be recommended to hire a car so that you and your guests can reach these different activities and amenities a little easier; especially because the surrounding area is so beautiful, it would be a great day out driving and exploring to see what the Algarve has to offer.

On top of this, the local supermarket is within 2 km of the villa, making it a little easier to access the necessities needed to cook up a storm in the villa's kitchen.
