The spacious Villa Xylon can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across five bedrooms, making it the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. On the lower ground floor guests will find the contemporary fitted kitchen which comes complete with breakfast bar, all the facilities a budding chef could possibly need and adjoins the elegant dining area. Also, on this floor is a cosy snug area with access to the garden, a great space for chilling out after a long day on the golf course! Upstairs, on the upper ground floor is the formal living and dining room as well as the first three of the double bedrooms, each one boasting its very own en-suite bathroom. Heading upstairs, on the split levels of the villa are the remaining two double bedrooms, again both complete with en-suite bathrooms.

The outside space is an oasis of calm, surrounded by lush greenery it is completely private from any neighbours. The large private pool is the perfect spot to take a dip and cool off from the Algarve sunshine, or choose to simply relax on the side lines from one of the sun loungers with a good book. The terrace, which adjoins the kitchen, comes complete with dining facilities making it a fantastic space for those wishing to enjoy a meal al fresco.
