Within strolling distance of a couple of chilled out beach bars serving cocktails, beers and a variety of cuisines, Pelagos Blue is a beach lover's dream. Choosing between a gentle dip in the pool , building sandcastles or chasing the waves of the Aegean, it's a hard life! The little inland hamlet of Lahania has 3 to 4 tavernas ( seasonal), and a little grocery store is just a five minute drive, whilst larger Gennadi village is a 5 minute drive in the other direction with a bigger selection of shops and restaurants.

Every comfort and facility to hand, this three storey villa has a truly lovely larger than average swimming pool and pool terrace, enjoying sea and beach views and a covered dining area leading off from the main open plan living area. In the main house, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area enjoy elegant and tasteful décor, adding a serene ambience. On the first floor, a twin and a king size bedroom, both with air conditioning and flat screen TV's, and on the second floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed, a private balcony and ensuite shower with stunning views of the sea and beach. With a lush expanse of lawn in front, a volley ball court provides family fun, and for those more competitive, this year a table tennis table is introduced to keep everyone on their toes

To the side of the villa is a delightful annexe with a lounge, bedroom and ensuite shower room, perfect for groups with older children or couples wanting a little extra privacy but still enjoying all the grounds and villa facilities. A barbecue is set back from the main outside area for grilling and cooking; the al fresco lifetstyle never seemed more enjoyable. Prasonissi beach is a twenty minute drive popular for extreme sports right at the southern tip of Rhodes Island, great to try out or sit back and enjoy the spectacle.
