Following the track that starts at the house, you will reach Pella sul Lago at 1 km distance (4 km by car). On Monte San Giulio there are several hiking trails used during the summer for the lake marathon and ideal for trekking or mountain biking. The lake also offers small relaxing beaches, possibility of horseback riding, boating, sailing, surfing, water skiing, diving, rafting, excursion on the island, winter skiing at Alagna 60 km, Arona 25 km and Gozzano 10 km.
