This cottage sleeps two people and is set over three floors with a king-size double with en-suite, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner, along with a second floor mezzanine eaves snug. Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench. Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.

The parking for one car is the area in front of the green garden shed with Ner Sea written on. Note: Limited head height in the mezzanine eaves snug. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
