Description

Casa Priola is a beautiful three-bedroom, one-storey villa, conveniently located only 150 metres from the sea and walking distance from the charming seaside town of Mazara del Vallo.
The main living area consists of a lounge, dining table and kitchen. The lounge area has a large sofa and armchair positioned in front of the fabulous open fireplace, perfect for the cooler winter evenings. But when the temperature rises, make your way out to the vast terrace area with a fantastic private pool!
A large kitchen space extends across the back wall with a double sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and everything you could need to whip up your favourite dishes throughout your stay. A dining table for six sits centrally in the living area, below a beautiful beamed ceiling. Traditional decor adorns the walls throughout, with paintings, photographs and ceramics bringing a lovely splash of colour to the room.
All three bedrooms are located on this ground floor, with one double and two twin rooms with separate beds. Each has air-conditioning and is brought to life with charming natural tones hinting of patterns and colour and all getting plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. The two family-bathrooms, with shower, WC and bidet, maintain this soothing colour palette across the painted wall tiles.
The garden enjoys an elegant pool, and there are plenty of sun loungers and chairs, both sheltered and exposed, to allow you to choose your favourite spot each day! On the large veranda, there are a variety of sofas and chairs, and yet more lie below the garden marquee positioned right by the pool! While the many exotic trees provide plenty of shade and the interesting abundance of flowers offer a sweet aroma. A high stone wall around the garden ensures your absolute privacy so that you can enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun in peace!
And the fabulous location puts you within walking distance of the thriving town, including bars, shops, restaurants and of course, the beach!

#### Location
Enveloped in vineyards and rolling hills, this particular part of Sicily is ideal for anyone looking for a rural retreat with great proximity to local amenities and activities, with so many towns and interesting sites nearby. You can marvel at the ancient ruins of Selinunte e Segesta, stroll among the array of plants and animals and total calm of the Belice River Nature Reserve or of course book onto a wine or oil tasting, or even a tour of a local vineyard or mill.
But Sicily is famous for not only for its exquisite wine and gastronomy, but also for its interesting architecture, largely affected by 1693 earthquake that flattened large parts of it and led to a creative rebuild, producing something that looks more like a film set than a functioning town.
The baroque towns of the Noto Valley, including Ispica, Ragua and Noto, and the picturesque beaches of Fontane Bianche and Spiaggia della Marchesa are just a short drive away – don't miss them!
