Situated above the bay,and stylishly furnished,it enjoys a unique setting with a balcony above the swimming pool for leisurely lunches and a barbecue next to the pool for al fresco dining. The small traditional taverna on Spilia Bay a 5 minute walk is a favourite with the locals, whilst the other taverna in Spartochori port is just twenty minutes walk. The car parking area is to the side of the villa and Alex can be accessed via steep steps straight down to the bay itself whilst the nearest mini market is in Spartochori village 8 minutes drive away.
