The house is located near the village of Arenas and stands on a hill and offers a beautiful view over the hills to the Mediterranean Sea. There is a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to relax to the maximum. The house is on the Costa del Sol just 16 km from the beach in Torre del Mar. The village of Arenas is 2.5 km down the mountain where you will find a bakery and restaurants. Larger shops can be found in Vélez-Málaga or Torre del Mar. You can relish a glass of wine with your favourite people on the private terrace. Try out your culinary talents with the barbecue in place. Parking is also available on the premises. The home also provides a conservatory to relax and table tennis to have fun. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are prohibited in this house, and pets are not allowed. The last part of the holiday home is via a steep road and the last 1 km of the access road to the house is unpaved.
