You are in the Mid Sardinia, in one of the most unpolluted areas of the island, surrounded from wild nature away from the tourism mass. The beach is perfect for families with children. The nature lovers can make excursions in the near WWF protected nature oasis of Turr’Iseu and follow guided tracks among the Mediterranean scrub. The area is famous among the windsurfers. In the area: 1 km countless restaurants where tasting the local products, the sea promenade in San Giovanni (1,5 km), the white fossil sandy beach of Is Aruttas (10 km), the picturesque beach and the fishing village of Putzu Idu (20 km) where practicing surfing in the famous site Capo Mannu, Oristano (20 km). the area is rich in archeological sites like the Phoenician Tharros (2 km) and the Giants of Mont’e Prama, stone sculptures.
