2 story country house located in the charming mountain area and countryside of Moscari. It has wonderful views of the countryside and mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 8 people.


In the exterior area you can enjoy 1 10x5m salt pool which has a depth ranging from 1m to 2,5m. Around the pool you have access to 1 shower, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella where you can relax in the sun. In this property there are 2 paved areas totaling 85m2 and another 400m2 lawn area where there are also trees. This house offers 2 porches, a 20m2 one, right at the entrance of the house, and another of 25m2, near the pool area. When you exit the house through the living room, there is a fantastic 60m2 furnished terrace. This area is partially covered by a vine and surrounded by vegetation. It is the ideal place to spend long evenings with loved ones sharing unforgettable moments. The exteriors feature 1 mobile barbecue, thanks to which you can cook outdoors, thus delighting your guests. In the 1stF of the house there is another 25 m2 furnished terrace where you can share snacks while enjoying the breeze with your friends and family. For sports fans, there is a basketball court in the plot where you can practice your aim (the house gives you access to a basketball). The property’s privacy is partial, and there are 4 spots to park vehicles outside.

The comfortable room -with AC and wood stove- is ideal, and in this area you can disconnect watching TV or listening to music. In the dining room you can share unforgettable moments with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living room area, it is furnished and it has everything you need to enjoy cooking any dish that comes to mind for your guests, including electric stove. The property’s laundry is independent and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, one of them on the ground floor and the remaining 3 in the 1st F. Three of the bedrooms have wardrobes and also has 1 crib, in case you need it. You have access to 2 full bathrooms on the property, 1 on ground floor with shower and one with a bathtub in 1st F. As a whole there are 4 fans, 7 radiators (for colder months) and 1 air conditioning unit in the living room.

The setting of this property is right at the foot of the main mountain range of Mallorca, the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Moscari belongs to the municipality of Selva. This area is ideal for hiking. One of the recommended visits is the Lluc Monastery. At about 5 km you will find the lovely village of Caimari, which stands out for its olive trees and, of course, for its olive oil production. While in Caimari you can visit the "Caimari Tafona", where you can learn about the process of making olive oil and where you can also buy it. If you prefer visiting beaches of fine white sand, the nearest (about 22km away) is the Port of Alcudia. In this area you can also enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skis.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
