Description

An elegant and sophisticated delight with a huge private garden, Sheringham Townhouse is a haven of peace and serenity just seconds from the town.

As you arrive at the house you will notice its delightful double-bay windows and quaint front garden – and as you step inside the true class and rustic charm will really shine through, with eclectic furnishing, vibrant decor and warm tones throughout. The heart of the home is undoubtedly the cosy drawing room, with a wood burner and underfloor heating for maximum comfort, and several large sofas for relaxation and socialising. Ground-to-rooftop windows and French doors in both the living room and kitchen lead directly into your wonderful garden flooding the rooms with natural light! The kitchen is a wonderfully open-plan and spacious delight, with a large range cooker, a wine fridge alongside the main fridge and tons of surface space where you can really enjoy rustling up a treat, before settling in to dine in the fabulous adjoining dining area.

Upstairs, your master-suite is an incredibly spacious and welcoming room, with a king-size bed, a large mirror and sublime bay windows in which you can take a seat and pen a letter or prepare for the evening with a little pampering! There are two more double bedrooms and two twins, all with large beds, stocked bookshelves, fabulous nautical-themed decor and two even have a fireplace, oozing grandeur and charm! There are four bathrooms in total and each has as much character as the rest of the home, including large bathtubs, rain-showers and even an armchair in the top-floor bathroom! From this floor you can even glimpse the sea!

And finally, for the perfect afternoon in the sunshine, step into your south-facing rear garden which catches the sun all day long. Crack open the fabulous wine and local popcorn included in your welcome hamper and enjoy a tipple and a snack in the fresh air! This is the perfect environment for spending a little quality time together, whether dining alfresco, star-gazing in the evening or watching the youngsters enjoying the large lawn!

You're within walking distance of just about everything you could need during your stay, including the beach, golf, shops and restaurants, so you won't need to worry about planning or driving at all!

#### Location
For an adventure in the great outdoors, Norfolk is an absolute must, as the driest county in the UK! The whole county is about enjoyment of the fresh air, big skies and absolutely stunning views, and is home to Britain's largest protected wetland, nature reserves of international importance, and over 90 miles of unspoilt, award-winning coastline!

Nestled between Cromer on the coast and Holt a little further inland, Sheringham is a traditional seaside town with an award-winning family-friendly beach and excellent place to sample some of the fine North Norfolk produce! There are many excellent coastal and countryside walks, all offering breath-taking views, and even a heritage steam railway for the railway enthusiasts among you!

Holt is a stunning town home to art galleries, antique and book shops and delicious eateries, while the nearby Cromer beach is delightfully sandy and home to delicious fresh crab, with the Pavilion Theatre on the Pier boasting annual summer and winter shows which draw large crowds!

Norfolk's famous coastline is bursting with wide open, empty beaches perfect for a proper bucket-and-spade holiday with the family! This is where the expanse of the skies truly bursts with life and fills you with joy. Dotted along the horizon are yachts and power-boats while nearer to shore you'll find surfers, kayakers, kite-surfers and so much more! While lining the beaches are hundreds of candy-coloured beach huts, dazzling promenades with candyfloss and fish and chips and of course, the romantic dunes with endless hidden spots for barbeques and family-fun. All the good stuff!

No matter where you venture to, you'll always be met with either a woodland adventure park, a winding forest trail or for a day indoors, perhaps even an award-winning museum! And for hiking, look no further. Stretching from Holme-next-the-Sea all the way to Cromer, the 45-mile long Norfolk Coastal Path through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers some of the best birdwatching in the UK, a glimpse of the seals on Blakeney Point, and the earliest evidence of humans found outside The Great Rift Valley in Africa on the Deep History Coast! The path weaves itself through tidal creeks and salt marshes, shingle, luscious fields and enormous sandy beaches – and as Norfolk is a haven for wildlife and birds, you'll have plenty to admire throughout!

Norwich International Airport is just 4 miles from Norwich city centre, easily accessible on public transport.
