Chryssa Villa is a detached villa, with private pool situated on a hill overlooking the Libyan sea just 3 km from Ammoudi and 4 km from the Lake of Preveli where taverns and a mini market can be found (for basic provisions).
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa is just a short walk away from the beach.On the ground floor there is a sitting dining room with a fire place and a tv corner, facing a beautiful veranda with patio furniture, overlooking the Libyan sea. From the veranda a few steps lead down to the pool and the beautiful garden with plants and flowers. On the same floor there is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and chairs, and equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker. Further on there is a shower/wc.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where are the 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and one with 2 single beds sharing a bathroom and a big balcony with patio furniture offering superb views to the sea. A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island.
There is a private swimming pool 3X7m (depth 1.4m) and a kids pool (depth 0.5m)
Spili is at the distance of 20 km. where banks, supermarkets and many other amenities can be found. Plakias is about 18 km. away.The city of Rethymnon is at the distance of 39 km.
