Casa Pinha is a home away from home set in a private, exclusive and gated development called Vila dos Principes managed by its owners. Vila dos Principes is build in traditional highest quality Portuguese style with cobbled lanes, Portuguese tiling’s and extensive use of Portuguese marble. Well kept private gardens are mature and grown with extensive range of pine and palm trees lining the private lanes together with extensive flowerbeds. The small private 5* development has 3 (seasonally) heated pools with children pools separate. Each pool has an extensive number of sun loungers and umbrellas for its owner residents or guests. The Development is part of the larger Praia d'El Rey Resort with a 5* Marriott Hotel. Praia del Rey has received many prestigious awards.

Casa Pinha is the only house that gets sun all day and has total un-obtrusive privacy. It is literally seconds away from golf and minutes from some of the most glorious and unspoiled beaches in Europe. The house and area makes for a perfect holiday away from it all with fun for all. The climate is highly pleasant (not too hot), has plenty of local traditional restaurants, local markets selling local produce, one of the best wine growing areas in Europe and lots of fun activities for children and the whole family. During summer months there are extensive kids club activities as well as tennis and golf academies for children /teenagers.

Close by Surfing and Fishing town Peniche offers Fishing tours and Boat Trips to for example “Berlinga Grande”, a nature reserve island where dolphins can be spotted and breeding grounds of seldom birds be seen.
