From your house, you don't have to go far to reach the sea: simply stroll down the road for a bit and you'll already see it enticingly glittering in the sun. Your villa is perfect as a starting point for walks through the surrounding area – enjoy the typical Mediterranean landscape with huge, wonderfully fragrant rosemary bushes on the side of the path, palm trees that imposingly rise into the blue sky, and the impressive rocky coast of the island's east. Or you can drive for 2 km along the street that is audible from the villa to the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. The town with over 6200 residents is nestled into a picturesque bay framed by rocky coasts and green mountains and attracts both fans of nature and party goers – it offers quiet areas with impressive scenery as well as a varied nightlife. If you'd prefer to go to the beach, you can head to Platja de son Moll, for example, just 1.2 km away. It awaits visitors with a good infrastructure and a lively seaside promenade.
