From the living room there is an access to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, and microwave. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden and terrace. There are 3 double bedrooms and one single room which has a sofa bed available, which offers space for an eighth person. One bedroom has en suite and two rooms share 2 more bathrooms. The highlight of the villa is the garden created in finca style with palm trees, lemon and olive trees. Here you will also find the terrace with outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool (12 m x 5 m, with a depth of 0.90 m x 1.90 m). The villa has an excellent location as it is well connected to the beaches and resorts of the island. Although the house is situated in the village, offers absolute quiet to relax.
