Il Pino provides an ideal base for exploring some of Tuscany’s most fascinating towns. Conveniently located just off the Volterra to Siena road, the centre of Volterra can be reached within a 20 minutes’ drive, while Siena and San Gimignano can be reached within an hours drive. A few local restaurants are also located within a few minutes’ drive and the owner’s villa is nearby, where he sells local produce. The villa comprises two double rooms, a twin room and three shower rooms, as well as a lounge/diner with satellite TV and a kitchen complete with washing machine, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave/grill. Doors from the lounge lead out to a spacious terrace providing beautiful views across the valley and not forgetting your own private pool to complete your stay. In some parts of Italy a tourist tax maybe charged and is payable to Italian Authorities, this will be collected by the key holder or local agent. The cost is approximately €2.00 per person, per night per night (maximum 3 nights) and does not apply to children up to 12 years old.
