The 15,000 m² surrounding estate has been recently renovated into a splendid garden, featuring lawns and terraced surfaces, including a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. This is a fantastic play area for children who are potential fellow travelers. The pathway leading to the villa, in accordance with its name, is lined with palm trees. You will find appealing seating areas in the sun and in the shade around the house, allowing for the discovery of many potential favourite spots. The heart of the garden is the pool landscape, with two pools and the adjacent sunbathing terrace. You can enjoy swimming any time during the day in the large pool, while the little ones can safely play in the flat pool. On a whim or depending on the mood, you can relax on the high-quality sun beds and savour the refreshing dip. In the event that the sun is too intense, a total of five sunshades are available for protection. The roofed terrace is contingent to the pool area and the two tables can safely accommodate up to 16 people. Here, a large, delicious barbecue can be held on a mild evening, making it the likely highlight of every holiday. Perhaps, you might have bought some fresh regional ingredients at the weekly market in Sineu, which are now prepared. The perspective which can be enjoyed from here is simply magnificent.

You can spread out discretely and go undisturbed in small or large travel groups on the entire 500 m² of living space of this modern, vast villa. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by an exceptional aesthetic and an atmosphere of luxury living. Selected, unique elements and high-quality materials surprise in a extraordinary harmonious and sophisticated combination. A very spacious living/dining room offers a massive dining table for 12 people, in addition to two cosy sofa areas, where you can get a true feeling of comfort. On one side of the living space, there is a fireplace and a flat screen TV with a satellite connection: nothing gets in the way of homely evenings by the fireplace watching entertaining TV programmes. An additional sofa area on the upper floor offers space for small groups or even a solitary retreat, which can be used, for example, when one wishes to hold a conversation or read. The modern and cheerfully-designed kitchen is a fully equipped facility. Next to the refrigerator, baking oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, a drip coffee machine is also at your disposal. The spaciousness of the kitchen inspires collective cooking evenings. There is also an additional opportunity here to share a meal among four to six people. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out, fitted with high-quality furniture and decorated with style. Here we can find, similarly to most other rooms, wooden beam ceilings, which not only look stylish, but also bestow a decisively attractive overall ambience. The absence of many distracting accessories gives these fine rooms a straightforward appearance, one that without doubt should also encourage to seek a pleasant peace. All six double rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a high-quality five-star hotel ambience. The tasteful design continues to surprise also with the marble bathrooms. These present themselves in a highly modern style, being thereby functional and downright comfortable.

We cannot fail to mention that the Mallorcan family that owns the estate also manages an excellent restaurant with typical island cuisine, which lies almost in the middle of the "pampa" and can be accessed by a beautiful island trail with a 4-5-minute walk. Whenever you have no desire to cook, you can conveniently enjoy a delicious meal there, with extraordinary food as well as stunning views from the raised terrace. A breakfast service is also offered. We have tried this culinary paradise ourselves, and cannot recommend it enough.

For very large traveling groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house alongside others in our range:"Son Perxa" and/or "Sa Pleta". All properties are close to each other but are fully independent and feature a high level of privacy. These and three other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans!
