Passed down by two generations of a local Dubrovnik family, the Mediterranean styled villa is both grand and unassuming offering the utmost privacy from all angles, perched on the mountainside with direct access to a private shingle beach just 200 meters below. Two reserved parking spaces are at road level and a 50 meter stroll down a side path delivers you to the house entrance and grounds which feature the 'piece de resistance' infinity pool that seems to disappear into the seascape. Fringed by comfortable rattan furniture and an accompanying pergola for fresh food to be enjoyed off the stone BBQ, the surrounding olive trees, lavender and orange trees give an additional shady element to the Mediterranean milieu. The villa consists of three floors of living space, on the first floor one twin bedroom has large balcony and sea views whilst two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor both with lovely sea views and a bathroom with sauna and hot tub. At the rear of the house is a self-contained unit accessed by a separate entrance offering additional privacy featuring a king sized ensuite and open plan kitchen and lounge area.
