This amazing space hosts a huge living area, with room for all the guests to lounge in complete comfort. An additional media room with a projector provides a more intimate place to enjoy movies. At the end of the room, a sitting area offers the perfect spot to catch up on your reading. With several traditional armchairs and tasteful ornaments, you are sure to lose track of time!

There are two dining areas to make the most of, a large formal table separates the lounge from the remaining spaces, with soft ambient lighting its perfect for enjoying meals as a group. Moving towards the kitchen, guests will find a further dining table, providing a more casual setting, the stylish leather chairs invite you to relax and laugh with your loved ones. From here, guests can see the fully equipped and stylish kitchen, with plenty of space to cook huge feasts, it is a pleasure to work in this exquisitely designed space.

The first floor of Casa Blaumar hosts five of the villa's bedrooms, including the master bedroom. With a private bathroom, dressing room and terrace access, it is a true luxury. The other four bedrooms on this floor all include shower en-suites, terrace access and continue the soft, comforting decor. The final bedroom sits on the top floor of the villa and offers a little extra privacy with its living area and private terrace space, alongside the en-suite shower.

Outside the villas extensive grounds leave nothing to be desired, the private infinity pool offers unrivalled sea views, with private access to the sea also an option for a swim.

With multiple terraces, a huge patio and deck, there no shortage of relaxing spaces to lounge throughout the day, allowing you to make the most of the tranquil surroundings.

#### Location
Casa Blaumar is located in between the popular towns of Villanova i la Geltru and Sitges. It is easy to access the local amenities from the villa with a twenty-minute walk to the local supermarket and thirty minutes to the port and beach at Villanova i la Geltru. Here there are also several restaurants to enjoy, there is a range of cuisines available, but we recommend you try the local seafood and tapas for a memorable culinary experience!

There are some wonderful walks in the area; these often follow the coast and provide fantastic views on the rugged coastline and offer a wonderful insight to the local flora and fauna. You can head to Punta Grossa for some great trails and amazing sunsets. Another way to explore the coastline is on a private boat tour. Offering a different perspective, the tours will guide you to some of the quieter and more remote areas with hidden coves and quiet beaches.

The tour guides have an amazing knowledge of the local history and can offer some great insights into the regions fascinating past. With Barcelona just thirty minutes away by car, it is a great opportunity for a day trip. On a whistle-stop tour, it is possible to see many of the city's famous landmarks in a day. We highly recommend you visit La Sagrada Familia for a breathtaking experience. The incredible architecture is unlike anything, soon due for completion after over a hundred years; there is no better time to visit!

For another unique architectural experience, a trip to Park Guell is a must. You can wander the parks winding paths and enjoy the quirky structures designed by Gaudi, the streets leading up to the park are the perfect place to pick up some souvenirs, from jewellery and keyrings to rugs and clothing; you can pick something to remind you of your adventure!

Closer to home, Sitges is also well worth a visit. The town is famous for its artistic history, now encapsulated within the Cau Ferrat Museum. Here you can explore Santiago Rusinol's former home and appreciate many of his works alongside other artists, with names like El Greco and Picasso some of those featured. Sitges is also known for its vibrant nightlife, particularly with the LGTBQ community. After dinner in the quaint restaurants, the town comes to life with bars filling and clubs offering a space to dance into the early hours!
