A part of the front garden of the house is enclosed by a large hedge which creates intimacy for your evenings under the gazebo. On the back is a fenced garden. Large park with swimming pool (available from 9 am – 8 pm) shared with ITP532, ITP394 and ITP548. The property is located adjacent to the town of Navacchio, with the front side overlooking the transited road. At 2 km distance is the entrance to the highway connecting Pisa (13 km) and Florence (80 km), which are accessible and worth seeing. In Pisa you can admire the splendid Piazza dei Miracoli with the cathedral, baptistery and the world-famous Leaning Tower. In Florence you should visit the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore with Giotto's bell tower, the Palazzo Vecchio, and enjoy a stroll along the shopping streets (Tornabuoni and Rome). At 6 km distance you can visit the wonderful Calci Charterhouse with an adjoining nature museum which is among the most beautiful in Italy. For those who wish to relax, the spa of Uliveto Terme is just 5 km. In 10 km you can reach Marina di Pisa with its nice marina that invites to take beautiful walks. On request it is possible to organize weddings and events with paid services as a cook, transfer and baby sitting; yoga, painting or cooking classes. The owner lives in a separate building on the property.
