Description

This finca features an spectacular exterior area that includes a great chlorine private pool (sizing 11 x 5 metres and with a water depth from 1.1 to 2.5 metres) with an integrated children pool (of 3.5 x 3.5 metres and with 0.5 metres depth). Around the pool you will find 9 sunloungers and a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun while the little one run and play. The great vacation is granted in the different gardened areas, the lake with fishes and the several terraces and porches. There also is a ping pong table, a paddle court and a basket court that you can use whenever you want. The magnificent house comprises two floors. When you enter the house, you find a great living-dining room with TV, AC, fireplace and exit to one of the porches. Next your find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table where you can enjoy an appetiser. There is a second kitchen also with a gas cooktop, another spacious dining room with exit to the pool and another living area with a pool and a toilet. There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor with AC and closet, and 5 bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other 2 have twin beds. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with independent bath and shower, another with a tub and the last one with a shower. The other two bathrooms on this floor feature one a bath and the other a shower.. There are another two more bathrooms outdoors, both with a shower. You will find a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house is equipped with oil central heating. The property is located 5.9 km away from Sant Jordi, near the golf course of Son Gual, and well communicated thanks to the nearby Palma - Manacor highway. The airport is also near so you may hear the planes passing by. Towards the coast, you will find all kinds of services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We recommend you visit Palma and its extraordinary Cathedral and the picturesque town centre. And you can also visit beautiful beaches like Can Pastilla, Cala Blava or es Trenc. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is a second house within the finca inhabited by the property maintenance staff. For additional fees please contact the advertiser. Pets are not allowed. Events celebrations are not allowed. There is an external parking for two cars. The water into the cistern is not potable.
