Welcome to this great country house in Ses Salines, where 5 guests will enjoy this holiday home with private pool.

Enjoy a nice stay of peace and privacy in this wonderful villa. The exterior area is perfect to spend amazing moments whilst swimming in the chlorine pool -that sizes 11 x 6 metres and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.7 metres- and basking in the sun maybe with a good reading on one of the 7 sunloungers. There are several porches around where you enjoy a great breakfast, a delicious barbecue and a good glass of wine on the exterior sofa in the evening. Also for your comfort, there is an outdoor shower and a exterior bathroom with a shower by the pool.

The house comprises two floors. The main floor offers a great space with AC and wood stove, where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are all together. The living area is where you can watch TV or listen to some music in the comfortable sofas. The modern design kitchen offers an island with the gas cooktop. The laundry room is independent and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a double bed where you can rest at night, 3 of them still on the main floor and with exit to the terrace and the last one which is upstairs. The first of the bedrooms has a fan, a wardrobe and space for a baby cot (a high-chair also can be provided). The second bedroom has a fan and a dresser (no closet). The third bedroom has AC, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a space for your clothes in the corridor. The last bedroom upstairs offers AC, a dresser and an en-suite with independent shower and bathtub. The house is equipped with oil central heating and there are 3 more radiators.

The property is located about 2.5 km away from ses Salines, a beautiful coastal area where you will find all necessary services like bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The nearest beach is in Colonia de Sant Jordi about 8 km away and with amazing waters. The paradisaical beach of es Trenc is only a few more kilometres away. We also recommend the visit to the capital, Palma, if you fancy walking along the narrow ancient streets full of history, people, shops and life.

The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
