Live in this sun-kissed apartment, in an old farmhouse of Collesalveti, on an estate with a shared pool, located between Pisa and Livorno. The farmhouse is fully renovated, yet it maintains its old-fashioned charm. An excellent base to explore the surrounding area, in Guasticce (3 km) and Collesalvetti (10 km) you can find shops. However, the beautiful cities Pisa(20 km), Florence, Lucca and Livorno(10 km) are within easy reach. The Tuscan coast lies a mere half-hour drive away from the apartment, for example Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa. Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square. Small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo are also charming and worthy. From the garden in front of the house, a staircase leads you up to the first floor. The terracotta floor and simple furniture help create the Tuscan atmosphere. Relax in the sun on a lounger by the pool.
