The villa for 5 people is located in a nice environment with a top panoramic view of the mountains and the green valley. The private swimming pool has a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a barbecue. The villa has a covered terrace. Everything is on the ground floor. There is also a private tennis court. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed for children with a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. There is air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination oven, hob, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about 2.5 km away.

• A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
