This Beautiful Italian villa with annex is set in a panoramic position near the beautiful city of Arezzo. The grounds are particularly beautiful with olive groves surrounded by the rolling hills this part of Italy is famous for.The property has been restored with great care and has been nicely decorated. This property is ideal for larger families or groups of friends as the annex will offer an extra level of privacy and independence. In total there are 7 bedrooms ( two of which are located in the annexe) and seven bathrooms (two in the annexe) sleeping a total of 14 guests very comfortably.The garden round the properties are very well looked after as is the beautiful pool area (heated). There is also a beautiful covered terrace by the pool that was perfect to relax or enjoy a bite to eat without being in the harsh summer sun. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted to hear there is a tennis court a mere 200m from the property and can be use without an additional costTwo baby beds available. Included in the price: domestic help (12 hrs./week). Upon request at time of booking and at an additional cost a private chef for breakfasts, dinners and cooking lessons can be arranged. Places of interest include: 4 km Subbiano, 18 km Arezzo, 35 km Caprese Michelangelo, 48 km Cortona, 70 km Florence. 15 km golf course.
