"Bonita", the little pretty one. This enchanting two-person domicile lies peacefully between the beautiful town of Artà and the sea, with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. The cottage itself is located on a plot of about 7,000 m², with a large lawn transitioning into a typical natural Mediterranean garden, where many hours can be spent in the rejuvenating fresh air. Depending on the season, almond, lemon, orange, and fig trees spread their fragrance, with a large plot of cacao trees to give them some competition. A spacious stone terrace extends in front of the 70 m² building, with attractive outdoor furniture and a shady sunscreen. This will be the place where you start your day and bring it to a close, doing whatever you like, because here there is no schedule and nothing you have to do. This area extends across the entire width of the house and leads on one side to the small pool zone, where the pool, with green mosaic tiles and an entry stair, is set into the deck. If you don't want to swim in the sea nearby, you can take a refreshing break from the warm Mallorcan sun right here, any time.

The house is one of those rare properties that have just one bedroom. This makes it a "true" two-person residence, which is seldom seen on Mallorca, especially suitable for couples looking to spend a romantic holiday for two, or with their baby. The interior of the villa truly lives up to its name.
The atmosphere is cute and spending time indoors will certainly be a pleasure. A practical feature is the entry from the terrace directly into the living room, in which the kitchen – with microwave, refrigerator with freezer combo, 4-burner hob, etc. – for self-catering is also integrated. Who wants to walk a long way to set the table while on holiday? When the mood strikes, just have a seat at the little round table here and eat indoors, or sip a coffee for a little break. Or get comfortable on the corner seat, dig into a good book, watch TV, or listen to music. The comfortable bedroom, in the other part of the house, awaits the lazy and those who sleep in, so they can take advantage of the quiet surroundings and fill up their tanks again. Directly adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower, which is both practical and tasteful. The wireless Internet connection works outside the villa as well, so you can use any laptop or iPad you may have brought while sitting out on the terrace.

The area around Artà is known for its lovely, appealing atmosphere. Nevertheless, many destinations in the nearby area beckon with excursions that bring a little variety into the day. Every Tuesday, the weekly market takes place in the centre of Artà, which you should definitely visit. On Fridays you can visit the market in Son Servera (about 9 km). Each has culinary specialties and pretty Mallorcan handicrafts. The latter also make great souvenirs. The sea is easy to reach, just a few minutes' drive from the house. The beautiful beaches of Mallorca, such as Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida), with white sand and a gentle slope down to the sea, are thus always within an easy drive. Because it applies so very well to this villa, it is worth pointing out again that the location is absolutely quiet, so you can spend a relaxing, idyllic holiday here.
