Villa Cassiano is a charming two-story age-old farm house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Cassiano you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the greenery. Villa Cassiano is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Cassiano from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cassiano you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Cassiano is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.

The swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the garden.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with small sofas and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic olive tree and by perfumed fruit trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown.
Verandah
You will be able to reach the verandah from the patio going down three steps. In the verandah you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will find tables and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the greenery.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a fitness bench, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a shower. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
