The house is located in Sciacca, a town located on the south-western coast of Sicily, between Agrigento (60 km) and Selinunte (36 km). Sciacca (AG) is considered to be the oldest thermal center in Sicily. Built in a hilly area, overlooking the sea, it offers visitors very suggestive panoramas. It is well connected to both Palermo and Trapani airports (both about 100 km away).
The bright villa has a spacious terrace with direct access to the sea, covered by a modern roof, it is well furnished with a dining table, armchairs and sofas, where the splendid view of the sea will frame every moment of your stay. It is possible to use an outdoor shower; offers shady places under palm trees and olive trees, allowing a comfortable beach holiday even if you have small children.
The apartment, built last year, directly overlooks a garden that allows direct access to the sandy Timpi Russi beach (about 40 meters), surrounded by dense and wonderful Mediterranean vegetation. It consists of a bathroom, a living room kitchen and 1 bedroom. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it also has a double sofa bed, TV, Wi Fi and air conditioning.
A wooden staircase leads directly to the beach where you can make free use of two deck chairs and an umbrella. The house has one parking space.
It is about 7 km from the historic center of Sciacca.
