The house is built over four main levels. There is Parking bays to the side of the Villa with 24 hour security.
The first main level has a large open lounge with access to a terrace with stunning views. This terrace is perfect for eating in the evening . Inside the lounge you have a flat screen television with multiple channels. There is also a dining area, fully fitted kitchen and WC (toilet and basin).
On the second level up you have two very good sized bedrooms
Bedroom one comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub with stand in shower
Bedroom two comes with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with standing shower
On the Third level up you will find a very spacious roof terrace with stunning views of the sea and mountains. You will also find outside living furniture and a BBQ which is perfect for outdoor entertainment whilst enjoying the sunshine and stunning views.
On the Second level down you have a lounge area that leads onto the shared pool and patio for day time relaxing and sun bathing. Inside the house and the second lounge you have access to multiple television channels via the flat screen television. Also on this level of the house you will find another bathroom with a standing shower. There is also a Laundry area with Washing Machine and Dryer.
