Villa Lygaria spacious, welcoming and enjoying a virtually unique location just 100m away from the beach of Lygaria (with its tavernas, bars and mini market). 3 Bedrooms, private pool, amazing views, a basketball court and even a small private church, the villa can sleep up to 5 guests in a truly authentic Greek setting: a heaven of peace just steps away from the beach. the villa is modern yet traditional, particularly spacious, airy and welcoming. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious lounge with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV as well as a kitchen with dining area (fully equipped) together with a WC. Stairs lead to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Spacious terraces, furnished, provide sensational views over the sea and the surrounding area. Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, flowers, trees, palm trees and sunbathing terraces. A large brick-built barbecue with oven is the perfect complement for outdoor dining. The newly added private pool has beautiful views over the small private church and the sea. There is also a useful basketball courts for the guests.
