This pretty semi-detached villa is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear water is a 10 minute walk from the villa and can be accessed via steps or road. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.

The villa has an enclosed private garden with a swimming pool that is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. There is a dining terrace furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a stone barbeque. Exterior steps with safety gate lead up to a roof top terrace.
