Apartment in a double house located on the hill of Gaeta gulf, with view over the sea and the islands of Ventotene, Ischia and Capri. Laid out over ground floor and first floor, it has a well-kept garden with relax area, parking space and circular above ground pool. Some bedrooms are on the ground floor, some others on the first; access via a wooden staircase. Upon request, the guests can attend lessons on arts, ceramics, stone, metals and kitchen courses organized by the homeowners; possibility to arrange dinners with local food. This is the perfect place to enjoy the calm of the surroundings as well as to visit the nearby holiday destinations: Formia and its many shops, the harbour and the ferries to the islands (7 km); Gaeta with its beaches, Monte Orlando's Parco verde park and historical monuments (14 km); Sperlonga and its historical centre characterized by alleys, shops and archaeological sites (28 km). 1 hour and a few more driving: Roma and Napoli.
