Four kilometers above Sansepolcro lies this holiday home (a semi-detached house) in a fantastic panoramic position. The accommodation comprises a central living room with kitchenette and open fireplace; sofa bed; two bedrooms with bathroom; private patio seating in front of the house. The house is part of a well-kept farm (olive and wine production), where there are two more apartments (ITA295 and ITA296). On the spacious, fully fenced plot there are opportunities for playing ball games (bocce), children's games and various outdoor seating. Enjoy beautiful walks through olive groves and oak forests; a footpath leads to the pool, which is slightly above at about 100 meters distance, with a unique panoramic view and a large sun terrace. On request, the owners can cook for you in their own small Ristorante. Baby bed on request, shared washing machine. This is a place created to relax and sunbathe, for hiking and biking - for example to the picturesque Franciscan Monastery of Montecasale (6 km) or to the summit of Alpe della Luna (1453 m a.s.l). Enjoy the warm thermal baths of Fontecchio (20 km). In the evening, stroll in the medieval town of Sansepolcro (4 km) with its small shops, bars, museums and art galleries. Visit the cathedral and the art gallery with frescoes by the Renaissance painter Piero della Francesca, a famous child of this city. Other destinations for your excursions are Anghiari, Monterchi and Citerna (each about 10 km), Città di Castello (20 km), Arezzo (40 km) and Perugia (70 km).
