On the ground floor, with entrance from the side of the valley: kitchen, small dining room, bedroom and bathroom; on the 1st floor: central living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The decor is simple but functional. The house is surrounded by a large plot with garden furniture. Ideal location to relax! On foot you can easily reach Assisi and the Franciscan monastery "Le Carceri"; within an hour drive you can reach Perugia, Spello, Rodi, Spoleto and many other notable towns in Umbria. Nearby you can enjoy fishing in a private small lage at 5 km, canoeing on the Clitunno River (about 5 km), canoeing or rafting on the Nera River (about 20 km). Unpaved access road.
